Oculus has extensive experience in investigating and submitting Whistle Blower claims into the United States’ Whistle Blower programme. The programme allows for an individual with a case relevant to the US jurisdiction to submit information, intelligence or evidence into the US’s Whistle Blower programme for investigation by US law enforcement. The Whistle Blower, who can be treated as a confidential source, are then able to financially benefit from their submission.
The successful submission of a claim relies on constructing the case in a format that is prescribed by US law enforcement. Additionally, due to the volume of submissions which US law enforcement receives, Oculus utilises its network to ensure a Whistle Blower’s case is accepted, reviewed and investigated properly.
Oculus works in partnership with a Whistle Blowers to provide this service.
