Oculus can provide a strategy and resources to deliver a tailored system designed to meet a client’s specific security requirements. This includes procedures, physical infrastructure, and resources that continually support this security need. Oculus can also provide the client with resources to thoroughly vet and assess their current system and provide recommendations, from the security and procedures of their personnel, penetration testing and how IT infrastructure is stored.
Oculus’s strategic partner offers a fast, secure, and convenient means for securing the Internet traffic on devices owned by the end client. This will encrypt all Internet traffic away from your location to a secure VPN endpoint (or a client’s HQ) to prevent traffic tapping attacks, data leaks and to provide you with a level of location anonymity. This tool is exceptionally useful when travelling and connecting to public Wi-Fi, foreign 4G/5G networks and more. The VPN is used by specialist government units, high profile individuals and corporate entities that hold significant amounts of confidential information and which require the highest levels of anonymity and security when conducting operations or business.
Following from the report provided by the “Email Security Analysis”, we can work with in house IT to ensure that the best industry standard email authentication and security practices are followed. In addition, we can organise the seamless migration from legacy email services to modern services that offer the latest in threat prevention, such as link and attachment scanning, and advanced AI powered anti-phishing, anti-spam, and anti-malware.
Oculus can send one of our engineers to a client’s premises to conduct a full survey of the on-site network. The survey will review everything from wireless coverage/performance to checking the security of the network in the event of malware. A prominent example of this is the practise of network segregation, e.g. virtually separating the network with office computers to the network with CCTV. Following the survey, a report and bespoke remediation plan will be offered to the client to fix any problems discovered.
Oculus will design a course that will be designed to provide up to date and industry driven security recommendations and awareness. This may include topics such as: secure communication, email phishing attacks, Internet hygiene, online identity verification, password and account management, company secret sharing and social media exploitation. Initially a questionnaire will be given to the client to help us paint a picture of their day-to-day digital actions and allow us to produce a bespoke informational/training course.
